Moss Jackson's book gives you the insights to assist you in navigating life. Written in a non technical fashion, his advice and direction, are communicated in a down to earth fashion . He provides insights, perspective, and a self help tutorial on avoiding the emotional traps we all face as we travel the road. His real life examples of the pitfalls provide a practical approach on not getting stuck, and wasting energy on things that take away from the joy of life. Particularly helpful are the essential points of each chapter, summarized at the end of the section. A book that I highly recommend for today's world.
